TargetWise legal

Cookie policy

Cookies and browser storage used by TargetWise, including essential sign-in storage and optional analytics choices.

Updated 10 September 2026Version 1.0

At a glance

Optional analytics starts only after you allow it. Choose Decline or use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice.

1. What this policy covers

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant requests. Similar technologies may remember an interface preference. This policy describes the TargetWise application’s storage and the connected sign-in and payment pages. Read it with our Privacy Notice, which identifies the operator and explains the use of personal data.

2. Storage used by the service

Essential storage is used when needed to provide a feature you request, such as signing in, protecting an authentication exchange or remembering your privacy choice. Optional analytics storage is created only after permission. Provider-managed cookie names and lifetimes can change with the provider configuration.

3. What optional analytics measures

If you allow analytics, TargetWise records a landing-page path, referring domain, approved campaign labels and selected website events. With an account or enquiry, these may be connected to signup, product and payment milestones, and acquisition labels may be sent to our CRM. This tracker does not collect your enrichment queries, returned contact records, full card details or raw URL query strings.

Decline prevents this optional browser tracking. The account, billing and usage records needed to operate the service remain, as explained in the Privacy Notice. The analytics feature does not install third-party advertising pixels.

4. Change or withdraw your choice

Use Privacy settings in the footer, then choose Decline or Allow analytics. Both choices are available without creating an account. Declining removes the current browser’s analytics identifier and related stored click and acquisition records; associated CRM acquisition labels are cleared on the next successful sync.

Settings apply to this browser. Repeat your choice on other browsers or devices, and after clearing cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout. You can also manage cookies in your browser, but clearing cookies alone does not delete account or professional-source records; use the privacy request route for those.

5. Connected services and updates

WorkOS and Stripe provide separate hosted pages for authentication and payment. Their own notices explain storage on those pages. Our analytics preference does not control cookies on a separate provider’s domain. This policy is updated when the relevant TargetWise storage changes.
